Lost Highway

A rather complex movie, which greater minds than mine have given up trying to summarise. Basically a man gets sent to jail for murdering his wife. In jail, he mutates into a mechanic 15 years younger, working for a mafia boss. He is irresistably drawn to the boss's girlfriend, who looks just like the wife that was murdered in his previous life...
The film has attracted all sorts of weird comments, from 'radical', 'experimental', to 'weird'.
