A mob hitman has to deliver a duffel bag containing 8 heads - proof that the victims are dead - to a mafia boss. Along the way, the bag gets swopped with that of a medical student on his way to a holiday in Mexico with his fiancee and her parents. Chaos ensures in this (attempted) comedy.
