He is determined to recover the cash, not too successfully. The cops think he stole the money. Meantime, the rain starts, and the local reservoir starts overflowing... If you get bored you can try counting how many bullets each gun held. 95 minutes, Parental Guidance under 13 (Language). Thriller, Action. Bruce Humphrey: Much as I admire Morgan Freeman as an actor, even he cannot save this disastrous movie. I am afraid that I could no longer bear to watch the movie to the end and I walked out. I feel that this disqualifies me from giving it any rating whatsoever! (I knew it was bad but it was the only movie at this particular complex that I had not seen.) Sipho Radebe: This is full of action. I enjoyed it a lot. Riaan Goss: All action, but no story... It would be a big sucsess if there were less critical people like me going to movies like Hard Rain. If God gave me less brain, it could have made 10. Alan Foster: Lots of water and lots of action. A good movie. Santelle Garces: What a weak movie. It's too boring to waste your time to go and see this one!
