It All Starts Today

Set in a kindergarten school somewhere in France, the film explores the current situation in the French social and educational fabric, highlighting the fact that teachers are more involved in social welfare than teaching. The plotline follows the growing disillusionment which the hero, the principle, faces in his daily job, as he struggles to make a difference in a job which he obviously enjoys tremedously. But bureaucratic France has other ideas...

Ian Douglas: Not much of a storyline, but VERY interesting to see how a ''first world'' country like France has exactly the same educational crises in their schools as we have. The film is more social commentary than anything else.
