After spending 10 years in jail for something he believes was not his fault, our baddie goes looking for the scientist he holds responsible. The scientist has developed a deadly temperature-sensitive chemical. The chemical ends up in the hands of the scientist's friend, with orders to get it to the nearest military base. How to get there? Hijack a convenient ice-cream truck of course. And so they set off, with the baddies in hot pursuit...
