Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back

Jay and Silent Bob, bit players in writer/director Smith's four previous movies, now step to front and centre. When they learn that a comic book they created is being turned into a movie, without any money coming their way, they decide to make the trip from the east coast to Hollywood, to set matters right. Naturally they have many amusing adventures along the way before arriving in LA, with plans to wreck the movie if they don't get paid. The film features a good dose of profanity and teenage-style humour.

Joel Vail (18): Jay and Silent Bob is a masterpiece of a creation. Finally after all the other movies they are now in the big time. Where they should have been from the beginning. This movie is so much better than all those other crappy movies, like Titanic and Fried Green Tomatoe's.

Alan Steven (17): It may not have been quality, but I respect the ''no shame'' approach of this movie. If I were a real critic, this may not be a good movie overall, but was good for a stupid, good for a laugh film.
