A film set amongst the lowlife drug dealers and users in California. The main character is a ''runner'' for a drug dealer named Cook, who makes his own concoctions to sell. Over a period of two days, he runs numerous errands on a non-stop basis, completely forgetting that he had left a naked stripper blindfolded and tied to his bed. He also has to drive Cook's girlfriend around, which naturally causes love to bloom. Cook does not like this turn of events...
