The third instalment of the popular arthouse series picks up immediately where the second film ended. Lisbeth is taken to hospital with a bullet in the head, where she makes a slow recovery. Meanwhile her friend still believes in her and works hard for her court case, determined to uncover the evil in her past. The clues point to a rogue cell in the police, who take appropriate violent action to prevent being uncovered. In Swedish language with English subtitles.
