Rise of the Planet of the Apes
A prequel to the first instalment of the famous series, which shows how the apes managed to take over planet Earth. A scientist is using apes as test subjects in his search for a cure for Alzheimer's Disease. He discovers a drug that boosts the ape's IQ to human levels. However one ape causes trouble and the program is cancelled. He adopts a baby chimp and raises it, as it has benefited from the drug. When the ape goes to a sanctuary, it organises all the other apes there to stage a revolt and soon the war between ape and human is in full swing.
