After his usual two-year hiatus, Ridley Scott is back with another challenging production. In some ways a distant prequel to his classic Alien, it examines the origin of human life on Earth. A team of scientists and explorers go on a thrilling journey that will test their physical and mental limits and strand them on a distant world, where they will discover an alien species with a DNA identical to our own. As they seek to unravel this mystery, they tackle the most profound questions about our origins. This film is releasing in both 2D and 3D, this is the 2D version.
