This film was released as both 'Zulu' and 'Cape Town' overseas. It is a gritty 'film noir' type tale, set during the Apartheid era in Cape Town, where two very different policemen, each with their own personal baggage, have to work together when a new drug hits town and leads to spiraling violence.
