Nightcrawler
A desperate young man stumbles onto the world of crime scene journalism. He obtains his own equipment and is soon making good money from other people's misfortunes, selling the footage to local television stations. Somewhere along the way he starts to blur the line between observer and participant, which attracts the attention of the local police. The film has numerous awards and noms to its credit.
