In Germany, 15 years after World War II, one young man forces an entire country to face its past.

Set in 1958, this is the story of a young German prosecutor who decided to investigate what had happened to the people who were running the prison camps during the second world war. His investigations led to major court cases. The film was Germany’s submission to the Academy Awards. In German language with English subtitles.
