An offbeat love story, Niagara Niagara tells the moving tale of two dispirited shoplifters: Seth, a petty thief, and Marcy, an impulsive misfit with Tourette Syndrome, a rare obsesseve - compulsive disorder.
On this day the disorder strangely manifests itself in Marcy's desperate urgency to persue a rare doll only available in nearby Toronto. After bumping into Seth for the second time, Marcy persuades him to accompany her on the trip. During their fanatic journey, they encounter reckless adventure and, eventualy, love and acceptance.
