Neil De Marco and his partner Dave Menari go undercover to expose the illegal traffic of muscle-enhancing steroids in the tough, uncompromising workd of body building. To gain the trust of the very man they intend to arrest, the two agents must use every strategy they can. But De Marco, haunted by the gruesome conclusion of his last assignment, struggles to keep his composure as he and Menari fight to prove the truth and at the same time, save their own lives.
