Flipp Dogg is a frustrated Iowa teenager looking to break free from his small town life. He and his trio of friends form a ''White'' rap group hoping to become hard core inner city gangster artists. The comedy begins when they embark on a trip to Chicago in pursuit of their outlandish dreams. Unfortunately, they discover that reality isn't always what they imagined.
