'Soch' means thought. This is the story of Raj Mathew, a well-known film star who is married to Madhulika. Madhulika has a problem, she loves Raj but cannot control the insecurity of losing him to another woman. Preity Sardesai, a film director, is being labeled as the other woman in Raj's life. A murder takes place. Why does one have to kill? After all it's a thought which kills.
