That Darn Cat

A teenage girl's cat comes home with a watch around him. Our heroine decides that some writing on the back of the watch is actually a plea for help, connected to a recent kidnapping. So she calls in the FBI, and gets an investigator to help her. They spend the rest of the movie following the cat, and witnessing all sorts of mayhem.
Strictly a kids comedy.
