The King is Alive


A group of travellers are stranded in the Namibian desert when their bus breaks down. While one man leaves to find help, the others settle down in the abandoned mining town to await his return. To pass the time, they are persuaded to stage a rendition of Shakespeare's King Lear, as the tensions in their situation are remarkably similar to that in the play. And so their voyage of self-discovery begins...
