A little kid hears that his family is moving. Instead of being upset, he decides that this is the perfect time to get revenge on all the bullies that had given him a hard time over the years. These range from school-yard thugs to an evil ice-cream man. So together with his buddies, justice is delivered, in many and varied a form.
