Ian Douglas: Good Valentine Day's fare. Not exactly ''Notting Hill'' (although it does feature yet another cop from TV's The Thin Blue Line), but it has a very witty script, with Grant delivering throwaway one-liners expertly. Bullock does something of a reprieve of her ''Miss Congeniality'' role (ugly duckling into beautiful swan). All in all, a pleasant evening's entertainment, with a good stream of laughs.
