After an ambitious TV journalist has a bad day, he releases a tirade against God, blaming Him for all his problems. To his surprise, God pitches up, and, since He needs a break, offers to give His powers to the journalist. And so the fun begins, as the journalist finds out that running planet Earth is a lot harder than it looks, and his personal problems with his job and girlfriend pale into insignificance.
