The first one did so well they had to make a sequel. This time around, the Mystery, Inc. gang have to deal with a masked villian intent on taking over Coolsville with the help of of a Monster Making machine, which churns out assorted nasties. Just to complicate matters further, a pesky reporter decides to investigate their detecting abilities.
