Find Me Guilty

Vin Diesel ditches the action, and gets a suit and some hair for this movie. He stars as a low-level mobster serving 30 years after a drug bust. When the rest of his crime family are arrested, the cops want him to turn state witness, but he declines, and instead finds himself on trial again. This time around, he decides to be his own lawyer, and as a result, turns the mammoth and record-breaking 21 month trial into something of a three-ring circus. The film is based on actual events, and the trial was responsible for exposing the flaws of the American ''jury'' system in much the same way as the OJ Simpson trial did a few years later.
