A stage magician has the ability to see two minutes into the future. This proves useful for his stage act, as well as making money gambling. The FBI learns of his talents, and tries to recruit him to help them deal with the baddies, who have smuggled a nuclear bomb into America and want to detonate it in Los Angeles. The magician prefers not to get involved and does a duck. The baddies decide their mission is at risk until he is dead, so the poor magician has to avoid them as well. And during all this, he tries to court a young lady who appears frequently in his visions.
