Waitress

If only life were as easy as pie.

Waitress
A young woman works as a waitress at a diner in a small Southern USA town. Her passion is baking pies, and she comes up with winning ideas. Her home life is not so great, as her husband does not treat her well. She wants to enter a big pie-baking competition, but he doesn't like the idea. Then she finds out she's pregnant, which is the last thing she needs. This leads her to a charming doctor, and before you know it, these two married people are deep into extra-marital affair territory. Perhaps there is still a way for her to escape from everything and find her true destiny? The film was a favourite at Sundance.
