After 30 years and a failed sequel, Hollywood decided to remake the well-known ''Arthur'' for a new generation. The setup is simple: Arthur is heir to a fortune, and spends all his time wasting the money. One day mommy says he has to marry a particular young women, or lose everything. Unfortunately he is in love with someone else, leaving him with a rather unpleasant choice. Helping him muddle through life and love is his nanny, with her own ideas of how he should be running his life.
