You're Not You
A suave, successful classical pianist just been diagnosed with Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS aka Lou Gehrig's disease). A brash college student and would-be rock singer takes a job assisting her, just as pianist's marriage falls apart. Both women come to rely on what becomes an unconventional, sometimes confrontational and fiercely honest bond. As their individual quirks begin to rub off on each other, they find themselves facing down regrets, exploring new territory and expanding their ideas of who they want to be. This film had a very limited (5 venues) release in the States before going to disk/streaming.
