What the Critics say
Herschelle Benjamin 'The Predator' net ontvlugting.
Mark Kennedy Black, who wrote The Last Action Hero and several Lethal Weapon films, flounders, seeing his gifts as a director tested. Scenes are poorly knitted together, especially toward the end. Time and tempo break down, as if the film were snapping apart at the seams.
Tomatometer The Predator has violence and quips to spare, but its chaotically hollow action adds up to another missed opportunity for a franchise increasingly defined by disappointment.

Jeffrey M. Anderson Fourth Predator film is fast, funny, but extremely violent.
