Delphy, a shy dolphin, discovers the Magic Arch, which can transform any fish into what it wishes to be. One day, the arch is misused by the morays, which have become gigantic and plan to take over peaceful Fish Town. Delphy needs to reunite with his long-lost dad in order to gain the strength and power to conquer the morays, protect his city, and win over the love of his life.
