DISAPPEARING ACTS tells the bittersweet story of Franklin Swift (Wesley Snipes), a sometimes-employed Brooklyn construction worker, and Zora (Sanaa Lathan), a music teacher and aspiring singer-songwriter who's about to get her big break.Confronted with endless financial, social and job-related challenges, the couple is forced to test the strength of their relationship, and, above all, love.
