When a cab driver (Luciano Saber) stumbles in on an assassination plot against the Vice President, the assassins plans are disrupted making way for a roller coaster ride through the trenches of the espionage underground.The twisted plot takes yet another turn toward chaos when the assassination team leader, Zac (Francesco Quinn -- Platoon, JAG, Miami Vice) becomes suspicious of his subordinates, engaging the paraniod culprits in a battle of wits with a series of interrogation sessions.
Challenged by their claustrophobic surroundings, the group engages in a deadly shoot-out, the truth of the conspiracy finally surfaces in the frozen countryside of Bosnia, where international political implications and war crimes are exposed.
