Half-wit Reporter Steve Roberts (Gary Daniels) has a friend Dr. Charlie Vence, a research scientist in the field of blood diseases.He contacts Steve to do a story on his anticipated breakthrough of a drug called ''Blue Mist'' which is 100% addictive and attaches itself to the users DNA. A genetic narcotic that would change the world if it was ever allowed to hit the streets. The day Steve arrives at Charlie's mansion in Havana, he is just in time for his friend's funeral.
