A ruthless and high-ranking American politician, known only as the Secretary, reaches a covert accord with Russia. In exchange for supplying the United States with strategic air bases to launch its war on terrorism, the Secretary provides Marines to assist in Russia's war against Chechnya and its merciless warlord Drazen Ilgauskas.The Marines are swept up in the furious fighting, and before it's over, one is killed and three others are taken prisoner.
