David is about to marry and give up his adventurous life. His childhood friend Jake talks David into coming on one last caving adventure to the deep and treacherous Shankali Caverns.But danger lurks in the crevices close by. As something sinister watches from the shadows, one of the group wanders into the cave and is attacked and killed by an unseen insect. Now David and Sara must distract the King Centipede and this means climbing into the breeding den where each vibration leads the giant centipede closer to them.
