In a secret high-tech government laboratory, far below the surface of the Rocky mountains, one of the most brilliant minds of the military, Dr Alan Woodman, is conducting scientific experiments on a 5000 year old creature that he recently discovered.Woodman believes that this frightening creature can be developed into a fighting and killing machine that will forever revolutionise warfare. When military brass and other scientists arrive for a demonstration of the creature's ability, something goes terribly wrong and the creature escapes.
Dr Woodman escapes the massacre and turns to the best covert force in the military to search and destroy the creature. The creature is too fast and too powerful and the battle becomes larger than anyone can handle, and worst of all, Dr Woodman didn't only create one...
