An investigative reporter has made a name for himself as an expert on serial killers — and a thorn in the side of the local police department.As he becomes embroiled in a current string of killings, he comes close to catching the mysterious killer, KEETCH, who has a knack for evading and disappearing seemingly into thin air. On the run from the police and a target himself, the reporter soon realizes that he's up against someone who can never be caught.
