Seth Rogen reinvents the superhero movie as a bumbling sidekick comedy. A spoilt rich young brat inherits his father's empire and sets about finding things to do with his excessive wealth. He teams up with dad's driver to create a pair of baddies, intending to get close to the city's underworld. The underworld does not like the idea and bands together to eliminate the pair. Much comic mayhem ensues.
