The back-story to Scooby-Doo. Scooby and the gang face their most challenging mystery ever: a plot to unleash the ghost dog Cerberus upon the world. As they race to stop this dogpocalypse, the gang discovers that Scooby has an epic destiny greater than anyone imagined. This film is releasing in 2D and 3D, this is the 3D version.

This animated adventure has complex themes that are handled in a light hearted manner and interrogate the forming of a friendship between a man and his talking dog, the adventures they face, the break of trust and the restablishing of trust, friendship and loyalty, teamwork and overcoming challenges all within the context of saving the world. The themes have a low sense of threat and menace and and are itigated gainst a higher impact by the positive outcomes and messaging in this story which speaks of the individual accessing the super hero in all of us, and the importance of friendship. The content does not contain any themes that may be disturbing , harmful , upsetting or inappropriate for any children . It does however have a low sense of threat and menace created by the villianous character Dastardly , and his robots who eventually turn against him and help Scooby and the team save the world. Parental guidance is required for guidance and to contexualise content.
