Jason and Alexandra Paulson are relaxing on their sailboat taking pictures when a storm hits and sinks their boat.A very charming Captain Bigelow rescues them and takes them to Dr. Grabac who examines them and gives Jason a shot which leads to the start of their nightmares. Jason discovers giant spiders and the crew of the dive boat webbed to the wall of the spider cage as Dr. Grabac is creating genetically mutated spiders.
The future of the human race hangs by a thread, and Jason must find a way to stop it breaking.
